The Wells Fargo Classical EDGE // Thursday, February 23, 2012 | 8 p.m.
After two turns on the Masterworks stage, Edgar Meyer will cut loose in this Wells Fargo Classical EDGE concert. The worlds of rock, electronica and classical all fuse together into one incredible night of music, featuring Doghouse, a new piece for string trio and orchestra composed by Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood, and exploring the sonic influence of rock on the orchestra with Philip Glass’ Symphony No. 4 (inspired by David Bowie) and an orchestral tribute to Radiohead.
Watch Justin Brown discuss Doghouse and the story behind The Classical EDGE.
