Top Dead Center is Tuscaloosa’s newest rock band showcasing a 4-piece female fronted high-energy show utilizing cover songs as well as originals. The musical core of the group is versatile allowing their shows to encompass many genres including rock, metal, alternative, classic rock, & sometimes even country. TDC performs with the highest quality musical equipment delivering a clear and energetic show. Danielle (Dr. D), lead vocalist and front woman, draws attention everywhere she goes. Her unbelievable vocal ability and exceptional rocking energy allows for a wild show every time. Not only does she sing, she rides a 1973 Harley Davidson Shovelhead and holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business. Bassist, Steve Wallace is an accomplished musician who brings his free spirit energy to the group and adds a rich fullness with his vocals. Mike O’Handley, on lead guitar, adds an edge that is often overlooked. He is a true craftsman and his “synth” work and attention to detail helps drive the group towards musical perfection, which is not always present in a cover band.
